Great location, friendly staff and comfortable beds were the highlights. The hotel is right in the heart of town, close to all the shops and central plaza. The staff was very hospitable and accommodating. The beds were extremely comfortable.
The restaurants and overall interior design of the hotel could use an upgrade. The restaurants lacked ambiance, and the decor could use a more modern touch.

We had a great experience at this hotel. The location is perfect as it is situated in the heart of the city, close to all the shops and Central Plaza. One of the best things about this hotel is the comfortable mattress on which we had a great sleep. In addition, the hotel was spotlessly clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Located in the heart of the city, this hotel boasts a prime location that is close to all the shops and the central plaza - perfect for exploring the town. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making our stay truly enjoyable. The rooms were clean and had some great facilities, including a super comfy mattress that gave us a great night's sleep.
While most aspects of our stay were great, we did find that the restaurants were a little lacking in design and style. However, this was a minor issue compared to all the positives of our stay, and we would definitely recommend this hotel to other travelers.

Spent Xmas here and it was amazing! The location is perfect, right in the heart of the town with easy access to all the shops and popular plaza. The staff was very friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home. The best aspects were the comfortable mattresses and the clean rooms which were just what we needed.
The restaurants could use some sprucing up in terms of design and style. The price was also quite high for what you get, and the breakfast buffet was a bit limited for those on a low-gluten/low-wheat diet.
